Raw Stock Tubing for Barrel Sleeves

These are short lengths of 4130 seamless 1 tubing. They range form .17 to 2.0 long and are intended as raw stock to adapt the Suomi barrel to the AK trunnion. We have .120, .134 and .188 wall thickness. Do not turn the OD of the barrel until you have the sleeve material in hand. I have found that the inside diameter can vary a few thousands. We recommend using the .120 wall with the Suomi and .188 wall on UZI and STEN barrels. Turn your barrel to a snug fit with this tubing then drill at least one hole in the tubing. Press the tubing onto the barrel and plug weld. We also make a small weld at the back underside of the chamber. Then turn the barrel sleeve to match the ID of the trunnion.
Truth In Advertising:
I get all our tubing from Wicks Aircraft Supply online. They are great to deal with and take credit cards. If you are building several guns it may be cheaper to buy it direct from Wicks. I charge about the same for a small piece as they do for a foot because of the time it takes to cut it and I have paid shipping once already. The way you save money buying it from me is on shipping if you are already buying a mag well where shipping is priced in. Wicks has a minimum shipping charge and sells in one foot increments. Other online suppliers may offer a better deal.
